We are excited to announce that starting May 18, Benton Family Dentistry will resume seeing patients during standard business hours. After studying guidance from the American Dental Association, the Arkansas Dental Association, the CDC, and other medical and dental authorities, we are prepared to begin treating patients in our office.
Benton Family Dentistry has always adhered to rigorous standards specific to cleanliness, disinfection, and sterilization. We firmly believe that the dental office is one of the cleanest environments that the public can visit. The safety of our patients and our team is of utmost concern. To address the recent impacts, we have made some modifications to our protective equipment and our in-office procedures.
Below are just a few of the changes you may notice:
- Our lobby will remain ‘closed’ — please stay in your car and call or text us to let us know you have arrived. A team member will meet you at the lobby door to admit you.
- Patients are asked not to bring friends or family members to their appointment unless assistance is required or the patient is a minor.
- A team member will take your temperature and ask you some COVID19 specific screening questions before escorting you to a treatment room.
- Non-clinical team members may be wearing masks and/or gloves during their interactions with you.
We know that these have been extraordinary times and that we are all looking forward to our old routines. Please know that we truly miss all of our patients and we are excited for you to return. If have you have any questions, please contact our office at (501) 623-6132 or visit our website at
